This single floor office space incurred a water loss due to frozen pipe burst. Water can quickly penetrate through multiple surfaces creating a mess in every sense of the word for daily operations in a business. Dirt, debris, and grime builds up and beyond the need for demolition of affected materials that cannot be restored, deep cleaning is necessary to restore salvageable surfaces. The before photos indicate the level of saturation of various materials and office equipment.
